Patchouli and Myrrh Essential Oil’s “Peace on the Go” Inhaler

Today we’re going to make a calming inhaler. It can be great support for meditation, sleep or relaxation.

I use this recipe a lot. Have you ever wondered which essential oils to use for stress? This blend will help you immediately feel more grounded and calm.

Patchouli essential oil helps you feel peaceful and is calming to the nervous system. Myrrh essential oil is used to calm the respiratory system and your breathing. Rose Otto essential is all about the heart and feeling centered and connected to ourselves. Roman Chamomile is calming and beautiful.

Patchouli and Myrrh Essential Oil’s “Peace on the Go” Inhaler:
Reusable Glass Inhaler
Organic Cotton Wick
6 drops of Patchouli essential oil (Pogostemon cablin)
6 drops of Myrrh essential oil (Commiphora myrrha)
1 drop Rose Otto essential oil (Rosa damascena)
2 drops of Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)

Just drop the essential oils directly on the cotton wick of the inhaler, and then take a deep breath to help relieve your stress!
