Green mandarin essential oil is great for calming emotional distress and is supportive when working through anxiety. Lime essential oil is radiant and inviting and can help you greet the day with an open heart. These citrus oils are very sparkling and awake scents! Lavender essential oil is balancing and centering, and it smells really great!
Here’s how to make Anxiety Away Inhaler with Essential Oils
Organic Cotton Wick
5 drops of Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
5 drops of Green Mandarin essential oil (Citrus reticulata)
5 drops of Lime essential oil (Citrus aurantifolia)
Just drop the essential oils directly on the cotton wick of the inhaler, and then take a deep breath to help relieve your stress! It smells so bright, almost like candy.
