Hey Bossy Goddess it’s Tracey Rose here and I’m going to be really honest, I had no idea what this oil was when I first heard of it.
And … I ordered it and actually even when I got it I was like, I don’t even know what am I doing with this, so I wanted to share with you; what it’s all about and how I used it last night with my beautiful little children.
Vetiver essential oil actually has a very calming and grounding effect on your emotions. Don’t we all need some of that?
It supports healthy circulation and has immune enhancing properties.
So what then do you use Vetiver Essential Oil it for?
Well, you can use it as a massage oil, just combine it with some coconut oil and that can enhance and promote circulation.
It can also calm emotions a few drops of this in your bath will actually make a beautiful deep relaxing bath or you could diffuse it and do what I did last night put a little diffuser on in your children’s bedroom and there’s a few kind of little mixes you can do but last night I did Vetiver, Wild Orange and Lavender.
You could also diffuse Vetiver Essential Oil with Serenity which is the name of the oil in doTERRA in the US or its called Lavender Peace in Australia.
Or you could use Balance which is another grounding blend and Balance and Vetiver Essential Oil diffusing will reduce stress and promote calm emotions.
