Brief Overview
Roman Chamomile essential oil is known as the “Plant Helper” because it can have a restorative effect for plants growing around it. Roman Chamomile also has some common uses below as well:
– Add one to two drops of this oil to your favorite doTERRA; moisturizer, shampoo, or conditioner to promote a more youthful looking skin and hair appearance
– Add 1 to 2 drops of this essential oil to herbal teas or hot drinks to soothe your body and mind from the inside out
– Diffuse 6-10 drops in the doTERRA AromaLite or Lumo diffuser at bedtime for a nice calming effect
