Harvesting and Distilling Holy Basil Essential Oil!

My name is Noelle Fuller and I am a graduate student at the University of Georgia. I am comparing the yield and essential oils of several Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) varieties. I am collecting data on fresh and dry mass, and I am distilling the essential oils in the lab through hydrodistillation and comparing the content and composition of the essential oils.
