Essential Oil Daytime Inhaler for Colds and Flu

I’m going to show you how to make a great essential oil inhaler that is perfect if you have a cold or flu and you need to be out and about. The essential oils in this inhaler can help to calm a headache, reduce congestion and give you more energy. Just keep this inhaler in your back pocket and use it all through the day, it will really help!

The essential oils that we are going to use in this inhaler have similar chemical components and work together beautifully. Black Pepper essential oil is a warm, radiant, spicy oil that is great for clearing your sinuses. Eucalyptus essential oil is well known for supporting healthy breathing. It’s famous for its ability to clear congestion, reduce mucus and support your respiratory system. Fragonia is high in both α-pinene and 1-8 cineole, this citrusy and spicy oil is great at supporting healthy lung function.

Here’s how to make your Essential Oil Daytime Inhaler for Colds and Flu:
Blank inhaler
Cotton Wick
2 drops Black Pepper essential oil (Piper nigrum)
5 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus globulus)
5 drops of Fragonia essential oil (Agonis fragrans)

Just drop the essential oils directly on the cotton wick of the inhaler, and then take a deep breath to feel instant relief!
