Essential Oil Blend For Hair Growth: Alopecia Areata

Hey Guys! In this video I’ll show you how to make a soothing and relaxing blend of essential oils that promote hair growth and scalp health. I am using this blend myself as a natural alopecia areata treatment to help regrow new hair after a patch was lost to alopecia areata. I’m hoping this will help you too! *This is just meant to be helpful in gradually regrowing hair due to increased scalp health, improved circulation, and whatever other magic the oils can work 🙂 It is not a quick fix miracle type thing but rather gently helpful and soothing.

This is based on personal research, and it is not intended as medical advice. The essential oils I used are rosemary, lavender, cedar, clary sage, and peppermint, which are all recommended for hair growth. Organic, or wild harvested varieties are generally preferred. Best wishes, and feel free to ask questions or leave comments below!

* I have found most of my essential oils at health food stores, where there are more likely to be wildcrafted/organic but they are also more expensive. I’d recommend checking those out locally if you’d like more organic options, but for sure Amazon is cheaper! Happy hair growing! 🙂
