I’ve been working with essential oils since 1998, and in this video I’m happy to answer your questions!

The short answer is . . .

An essential oil is a naturally occurring aromatic compound. These natural compounds are found in different parts of the plants.

In the video, I talk more about what an essential oil is, where essential oils come from, how essential oils are made, and more.

I also show you pictures of my visits to farmers and distillers and South Africa and Corsica, so you can get an idea of how the plants are grown and harvested, and how much plant material it takes to produce essential oil.
