Lime Essential Oil’s Comfy Belly, Open Heart Oil
If you are looking for a perfect natural upset stomach remedy, I have a beautiful essential oil blend for nausea. It smells really great too!
I love combining mint and citrus essential oils, they are so both so bright and dominant and make quite the pair. Peppermint essential oil is a classic for a comfy belly – so settling for your stomach. Distilled Lime essential oil is bright and is great to use after a big meal or when you are experiencing cramps. Yuzu essential oil is a Japanese citrus oil that’s great for digestion, it’s an antispasmodic oil that’s so calming. Bergamot Mint helps your belly feel calm and your muscles relax.
This is a blend I take with me when I’m traveling and eating out! It also helps resolve anxiety, which can lead to an upset belly.
Here’s how to make Lime Essential Oil’s “Comfy Belly, Open Heart” Oil:
1 oz blue glass bottle
1 oz Jojoba oil
4 drops of Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita)
2 drops of Lime essential oil (Citrus aurantifolia)
4 drops of Yuzu essential oil (Citrus junos)
2 drops of Bergamot Mint essential oil (Mentha citrata)
Pour the Jojoba oil into your glass bottle. Mix in the essential oils and give the bottle a gentle swirl. Apply this blend directly to your belly when you need to feel relief!
