Holy Basil or Tulsi essential oil as it is commonly known, melds the warm aroma of sweet basil with a hint of lemon and clove. Holy Basil has been cultivated in India for over 5,000 years and is one of the most important herbs in Ayurvedic and Chinese Herbal Medicine. It contains upward of 80% Eugenol, a chemical constituent used as pain reliever for centuries and also recognized as a powerful anti-oxidant. Our certified organic essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the Holy Basil plant right before it flowers for maximum aromatherapeutic potency.
Holy Basil is a stress reduction powerhouse because this plant is an ADAPTOGEN. Adaptogens are a type of plant that is used to ease the physical effects of stress such as helping the body manage cortisol levels. Per the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, Holy Basil’s anti-anxiety effects equal that of prescription anti-anxiety drugs such as Benzodiazepines. Holy Basil has been used to relieve fevers and headache pain as well as reduce symptoms from Asthma and COPD. In India, Holy Basil has been used for centuries to improve clarity of mind for meditation. This oil is wonderful in a diffuser or diluted and applied topically. Due to its potency use only 2 to 4 drops in a diffuser and 1 to 2 drops diluted into 1 ounce of unscented oil, lotion, or cream for topical usage. Holy Basil should NEVER be applied directly to the skin.

BRING IN THE LIGHT ESSENTIAL OIL SYNERGY
28 drops Organic Holy Basil Essential Oil
18 drops Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil
8 drops Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
5 drops Geranium Bourbon Essential Oil
STEP ONE: Add these essential oil drops to a small glass bottle.
STEP TWO: Cap tightly and shake well.
WOW! You just created your own BRING IN THE LIGHT SYNERGY.
DIFFUSER: Add 2 drops of BRING IN THE LIGHT SYNERGY to your diffuser per hour / massage.
TOPICALLY: Add 1 to 2 drops of BRING IN THE LIGHT to 1 ounce of unscented oil, lotion or cream. Mix together completely then apply to chest to stimulate breathing. For stress reduction apply to soles of the feet, shoulders, neck, and temples.

Dilute before use. Recommended ratio is 1 to 3 drops of essential oil per one ounce of carrier oil, lotion or cream. Our 1 ounce Empty Bottles are perfect for this. Mix well.
