Into a 60ml mister bottle add the following ingredients:
– 1 tsp Epsom salt
– 5 drops of wild orange essential oil
– 5 drops of lemon essential oil
– 5 drops of bergamot essential oil
– 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil
– 5 drops of tangerine essential oil
– Top with distilled water

Mist, relax, and find that missing peace and happiness. Be uplifted, calmed, refreshed. I use this when I want the world to STOP for a moment so that I can regain my BALANCE!
