Circulation Boost Body Butter
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Coconut Oil (solid) – https://simplyearth.com/products/coconut-oil?rfsn=542704.540101

2 tbsp Avocado Oil – https://simplyearth.com/products/avocado-oil?rfsn=542704.540101

25 drops Clary Sage Essential https://simplyearth.com/products/clary-sage-essential-oil?rfsn=542704.540101

50 drops Ho Wood Essential Oil https://simplyearth.com/products/ho-wood-essential-oil?rfsn=542704.540101

30 drops Lemon Essential Oil https://simplyearth.com/products/lemon-essential-oil?rfsn=542704.540101

Small jar or sealable container

DIRECTIONS
In a double boiler melt the coconut oil and beeswax together.
Once the mixture is just melted, remove from heat.
Add avocado oil and essential oils and stir for 30 seconds.
Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes, then place it in the fridge for it to continue to cool until the mixture solidifies.
Use an electric mixer to whisk the mixture until stiff peaks form or until desired consistency.
Pour mixture into a sealable container. To use, apply a small amount to moisturize and nourish your skin.
NOTES
Tip: How to thicken body butter? If the body butter loses it’s consistency, whip it up again for fluffy body butter.

Small jar or similar container

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl mix essential oils and fractionated coconut oil together.
Add salt and stir until oil is evenly incorporated.
Store in a sealable container.
To use, add ¼ cup of foot bath to a foot bath and fill the rest of the way with warm water. Relax and let the bath do its work to promote circulation and detox.
