Essential Oil and Jojoba Blend for Headaches
This great DIY aromatherapy recipe includes some of my favorite essential oils for headaches! You can just rub this blend on the back of your neck and shoulders when you feel a headache coming on, or use it to help reduce the pain once a headache is full blown.
Frankincense essential oil is my go-to oil for headaches. It’s great for reducing pain, opening up your breath and it helps you feel centered.
Peppermint essential oil also reduces pain and is very cooling.
Finally, Black Spruce essential oil opens up your sinuses and helps you breathe better, plus it gives you the feeling of being outside! Black Spruce is an awesome essential oil for sinus and allergy headaches.
Here’s how to make my Essential Oil and Jojoba Blend for Headaches:

4 drops of Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita)
6 drops of Black Spruce essential oil (Picea mariana)
