This refreshing, relaxing, minty, clean essential oil is a MUST-HAVE for your collection. Eucalyptus oil from doTERRA is sourced from Australia where the incredible soil gives it a high percentage of Eucalyptol, the chemical constituent that gives this oil its respiratory supporting and cleansing properties – beyond the amazing aroma. You’ll love it!
Generally speaking, Eucalyptus essential oil supports easy breathing, deodorizes and cleanses the air, soothes the body, promotes feelings of wellness and clears the mind. I’ll dive deeper with more specifics in the video.
Some helpful usage tips for you:
💧Add one drop of Eucalyptus oil to moisturizer or toner and apply to skin for revitalizing + cleansing benefits – especially for oily skin
💧Combine Eucalyptus oil with Lemon oil and Peppermint oil in a spray bottle and use it to wipe down surfaces in your kitchen or bathroom and to deter spiders!
💧While showering, place a few drops of Eucalyptus oil in the hands, place over nose, and inhale deeply to invigorate and promote vitality. Or add to your loofah sponge!
💧For a DIY deodorizing spray, combine a few drops of Eucalyptus oil, Lavender oil, and your choice of citrus oil to a spray bottle with water.
💧Diffuse Eucalyptus oil with Juniper Berry oil and Douglas Fir oil for a refreshing, relaxing winter scent in the home.
💧Make a chest rub when feeling under the weather or with congestion
💧Add to a soothing massage for relaxation or to focus on neck, back or menstrual discomfort – bye bye cramps!
